What is the hire cost?

Within 20km of 3198, the inflatable nightclub overnight hire cost is $650, including delivery, set up and pack up of the inflatable nightclub.

How is payment made?

We use Square to process credit card payments only.

At the time of securing your booking, you will be sent an authorisation to keep your credit card on file until we confirm there are no damages to the inflatable nightclub post your event and have refunded your $150 security deposit.

If there are damages, we will inform you and charge your credit card.

Is there a refundable bond deposit?

Yes, there is.

A $150 bond payment is required to sure your party booking. If there are no damages to the inflatable nightclub, you will be refunded this deposit amount.

This bond payment will be refunded within 5 working days following your event.

What are the payment terms?

To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is paid.

50% of the total hire cost is paid 4 weeks out from your event.

100% of the total hire cost is paid 2 weeks out from your event.

The $150 bond payment is paid 1 week out from your event. If there are no damages to the inflatable nightclub, you will be refunded this deposit amount.

Is there flooring?

The hire comes with a floor sheet which must be used on hard surfaces (we will set it up with the nightclub) or if you prefer to go el natural and stick with your backyard ‘flooring’, that is also fine!

Do you provide lights, smoke machine or speakers?

No, we do not.

Any party hire company will have laser lights and smoke machines you can hire.

If you’re hiring a DJ, it’s likely they will provide the speakers and possibly lights and smoke machine.

Does hire include a DJ?

No, it does not.

Does the surface the nightclub is upon matter?

The answer is: if you can dance on it, we can build on it. The surface does need to be relatively flat and free from sharp objects (which can pierce the material).

The only thing the nightclub needs is a surface surrounding the space to secure tent pegs.
